Need a broader supplier record? Review the full check menu.
Review identity, ownership, court records, assets, trade records and company history in one report. The full menu contains 153 checks, but some apply only to listed companies or other specific entities. Use the due diligence checklist to decide which records your deal needs. A larger report does not approve the supplier or inspect your goods.
Deep supplier check
All 153 registry checks for $656.22. Results include their source, query date and limits. Check the menu for items that may not apply to your supplier. Your first paid report is refundable. If it leaves you unhappy, for any reason or none, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we refund it in full to the original payment method. That guarantee applies once per buyer. Refund terms.
Where this sits: a free browser check first, human portal reading from $128, and on-site factory verification from $169 per man-day. Each answers a different question — the cheaper ones do not become the dearer one.
For a narrower question, start with the five-line identity check at $26.55 or the ten-line factory-claim check at $53.10. You can review individual prices before choosing the full bundle.
What the full record covers
Identity & standing: the entity, its licences, certificates, taxpayer status and inspection history. Ownership & control: shareholders, beneficial-owner chains up to ten layers, the people registered to act. Payment safety and litigation: dishonest-debtor and enforcement records, hearings, filings, auctions, frozen equity, exit bans. Assets & obligations: pledges, mortgages, tax violations, guarantees, deregistration moves. Trade footprint: customs, marks, patents, standards authored, tenders. History: former names, past shareholders, lapsed licences: what changed, and what was quietly dropped. Where the counterparty is listed, disclosed financials join the sweep.
| Record queried | Companies with a returned record |
|---|---|
| Shareholder records | 44 of 45 |
| Outbound investment records | 18 of 45 |
| Change history | 41 of 45 |
| Annual reports | 44 of 45 |
These are examples from the same 45-company sample used in the identity guide. They show record coverage, not supplier quality. Other menu items may not apply to your entity, and source access can change. Your order confirmation sets the delivery window.
Read the returned record and its limits together. A missing result may reflect source coverage or access, not an absence of risk.
Source access has limits. Our certificate-registry access study measured website responses from a mainland connection. A page loading does not prove a certificate search worked or that a document is valid.
What even the full record cannot be
- Not a legal opinion, a credit rating, a factory audit or a supplier recommendation. It is the public record, read carefully and dated.
- Registry records reflect what was filed, on the query date. They do not prove current production capability, order performance or solvency, and a platform showing no record is not proof no official record exists.
- Many lines are empty for ordinary private companies: listed-company financials, bond records, fund profiles. Review these limits before selecting the bundle. An empty result does not establish that the underlying fact is absent.
How it runs: no account, one private case
- 1. Build. Review the selected checks. Add or remove items and see the price before ordering.
- 2. Order. Email is optional. If you leave it blank, save your private case link: it is your way back to the order.
- 3. Track. One private link shows status, payment and the report. The order confirmation states the delivery window. If a line needs a person, the manual window in the terms applies: delivery is guaranteed within 72 hours of payment confirmation, or you can cancel the affected lines for a full refund. PayPal shows the available payment options at checkout. Guest card payment is not available to every buyer.
- 4. Read. Read each result with its source, query date and limits. See a full specimen report.
Questions buyers ask
What does China supplier due diligence actually include?
The menu covers identity and ownership, court records, assets and obligations, trade records and company history. Each result includes its source, query date and limits. Records do not replace a site visit, product inspection or review of your contract.
When is the full check worth it over a smaller one?
Choose the records needed for your decision. For identity alone, the five-check selection may be enough. For a deposit, review the payment check. The full bundle suits a broader record review, but some lines will not apply to a private company.
Do I need an account or a subscription?
No account or subscription is required. Use your private case link to track the order and open the report. Email is optional for receipts and delivery notices; save the link if you leave it blank.
A record check cannot approve a supplier, inspect goods or guarantee delivery.

Official sources this page relies on
The full sweep reads court, enforcement, disclosure and standing records alongside identity. These texts establish what each record is. Links were checked on 6 September 2026.
- Ministry of Justice: enterprise information disclosure regulationWhat a company and the authorities must publish.
- SAMR: abnormal-list management measuresHow a company lands on that list, and how it leaves.
- SAMR: publicity system operating rulesWhat is published in the credit system, and by whom.
- National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity SystemThe primary source a China-side reader opens.
Court and enforcement records show what has already been filed. They cannot show a dispute nobody filed, and they are not a credit rating or a legal opinion.
How we checked
Fill rates come from running our report process on real companies and counting how many of the twelve dimensions returned data on the date stated. The most recent query date on this page is 22 August 2026. Where a table carries its own date, that date governs.
The official pages we read are listed on this page with the date each was accessed, so every figure can be re-checked at source.
