Turn a link or screenshot into a usable order brief
Keep the shop link or ID with the product image. Save the selected size, colour and quantity, plus the written acceptance requirements. A crop may omit these details.
Date the saved price and request a quote for the specification and destination. If an option changes later, accept a new quote version first.
If the shop gives no registered name or credit code, leave the registry match unresolved. Ask whether a registration exemption applies. Missing details alone do not prove dishonesty, but they limit what can be checked before payment.
What a Chinese online seller must publish about itself.
Article 12 of China’s Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Online Trading lists the identity details online operators must display, or link to. The table uses the version amended in 2025. The required fields depend on the operator type.

Entity type does not prove production capacity. An individually-owned business lists its operator’s personal name. That record alone does not show who made the product, what stock exists or whether the goods meet your specification.
Keep the disclosed identity with the shop reference and the date you read it. A code copied into a chat still needs to be matched to the register. These disclosure rules do not prove that a particular shop has complied.

Keep three records with the quote
Keep the three records below with the quote. Mark gaps as unresolved. A complete file does not prove product quality.
- Shop reference: shop link or ID, displayed name and saved date. A forwarded image alone leaves the source unresolved.
- Selected item: item link, size, colour, quantity and agreed specification. Keep the selected-options screenshot and written acceptance terms.
- Operator identity: registered Chinese name and USCI, or the stated exemption. Distinguish this from the shop display name. Identify who quotes, invoices and receives payment.
- Quote version: agree the product, price basis, hand-off point, evidence, cancellation and refund terms in writing. A changed item or substitution needs a new quote that you accept first.
Payment clears before goods move. We buy nothing until payment is verified. Before we purchase, you can cancel at no cost. We then arrange tracked export carriage for the accepted order.
Service limits
We do not guarantee transit time or act as carrier. We book export carriage and pass the carrier’s charge through at cost, but the schedule, handling and liability limits are the carrier’s, not ours.
We do not calculate customs duty. Product classification, import clearance, destination tax and regulatory approval remain with you and your appointed specialists.
We do not finance purchases. We do not extend credit, advance supplier funds for you or carry inventory on your behalf.
We keep selling separate from checking. We will never verify a supplier for you and then offer to replace them with ourselves. If you need an independent record check, use the verification service. It does not recommend us or another supplier.
Send the shop reference and selected item
Include the shop link or ID, selected item options and operator details you have. Add the specification, first-order quantity, destination country and required decision date. Mark anything you could not obtain.
