How your goods arrive, and what to do when they don’t.
From this page on, we are a seller describing the written terms for an accepted goods order, not the verification service. We never verify a supplier for you and then offer to replace them. Read this before accepting a quote: the claims process is evidence-based, and the evidence starts when the parcel reaches you.
For an accepted DAP order, the order pack includes the accepted quote version, verified-payment confirmation, a commercial invoice, packing list and carrier tracking reference. We do not add destination-country VAT or GST to our invoice. Ask your adviser or customs authority whether your business must self-assess it. If the invoice needs your VAT number, purchase-order reference or a specific description, put that in the brief before the quote is issued.

DAP means we carry it to your door, and you import it.
All goods quotes ship DAP (Incoterms 2020) to a named place. That split is the single most misread thing in small-batch importing, so here it is as a table rather than a paragraph.

If you cannot or do not want to act as importer, say so in the brief. That is a decline-or-requote conversation before money moves, not a surprise at the border. We do not promise DDP, do not prepay foreign duties, and do not guarantee clearance anywhere.
Tracking, and the dates on your quote
We quote only carriage with online tracking. Once the parcel is handed over, the tracking number is written to your order record and, where the payment provider supports it, to the payment record. If the carrier applies a signature threshold, the quote states whether signature-on-delivery is included.
The quote labels its dates as estimates and states the supplier, checking, freight and customs assumptions behind them. They are not commitments to a date. A customs inspection can change the estimate. If the status changes, the order record should state the new known status rather than preserve an obsolete estimate.
The arrival evidence that decides a claim
Before you unpack anything: photograph the unopened parcels showing the shipping labels, then the opened carton from above, then anything damaged exactly as found, still in its packaging. Count against the quote quantity before discarding any packaging.
Why we ask: transit-damage claims live or die on whether the damage can be placed in transit — goods photographed loose on a workbench prove condition, not cause. The same photos protect you with the carrier and with us simultaneously.

Outcomes follow the trade terms: replacement, partial or full refund to the original payment path only: never to a different account, and any message inviting you to accept a refund to a new account is not from us. A claim cannot reprice a delivered order because the market moved, and it cannot turn a visual-check promise into a hidden-defect warranty. The checking scope your quote named is the checking you bought.
Claims are decided on evidence, not on volume of correspondence. One clear email with the photos beats ten without them, and the desk answering you is the same person who released your shipment, not a queue.
