What we can check, wherever you are

Identical for every destination in this table, because it is a fact about the Chinese entity rather than about you:

Identity: whether the exact registered Chinese name and the 18-character Unified Social Credit Code resolve to one live entity. Standing: registration status, business-abnormality listings, administrative penalties, former registered names. Scope: whether the entity is registered for the activity you are buying, including whether it may manufacture at all. Beneficiary: whether the bank account you were told to pay belongs to that same registered company.

Every line comes back with its source and the date it was queried, and states what it cannot show. Run the free check · request a China-side record check.

What differs by destination is the importer side: your registrations, your product approvals, your duty. That is your customs broker’s territory and your regulator’s. We do not clear customs, we do not quote freight, and we do not calculate duty. Where those differences are large enough to be worth a page, there is a guide linked in the last column.

The customs record proves cross-border trade. It does not name your market

A buyer in any of these destinations may ask, “Has this supplier exported to our market before?” On 22 August 2026 we queried the record that comes closest to answering it, across 45 Chinese manufacturers from the NHTSA vehicle-manufacturer list.

41 of 45 hold a customs credit record. None of those records names a destination. Export credentials are a real and checkable fact. They say nothing about whether the company shipped to your country, cleared your customs regime, or met your market’s product rules.

That matters more the further a destination sits from a supplier’s usual routes. The four companies without a customs record are shipping through another entity. For a first order into an unfamiliar market, ask which entity handles the export. That is more useful than asking whether the manufacturer could handle it in principle.

Destination-specific evidence has to come from the supplier: prior declarations, certificates for your market, or a reference in your jurisdiction. The register confirms the trader; the trade lane is a separate question. The same 45 companies appear throughout this site — one batch that I keep asking different questions. Six entries in the source carry no export figure and are omitted here. Regional aggregates such as ASEAN, EU, APEC, RCEP and the Belt and Road grouping are also excluded, so no destination is counted twice.

Not a market assessment. A large number in the second column means goods moved. It does not mean there is demand for anything we sell, and it does not mean we have experience in that market.
