Who am I actually dealing with?

How do payments work?
50% deposit once you're happy with the demo direction, balance when the site goes live. Pay by PayPal or bank transfer — whatever's easier. Every payment comes with a proper invoice.
What happens after launch?
The site is yours outright — domain, files, everything. Hosting's included and there are no monthly fees. Small tweaks are free for 30 days; bigger changes later get a fair one-off quote, never a subscription.
